How to take care of your jewellery 

All Joulberry jewellery is made from either 950 Platinum, 18 Carat Gold, 9 Carat Gold or 925 Sterling Silver.

If worn and stored with care, your jewellery will retain its beauty and integrity for many years to come.

Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Joulberry soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

Your silver jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place, taking care to avoid extreme humidity or heat as this may cause tarnishing. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Storing silver jewellery in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation. 

We advise removing your jewellery before doing any activity that risks physical damage.

To keep your jewellery safe and looking positively radiant we suggest that your jewellery is the last item you put on before going out and the first item you remove when coming home.

Warranty

All Joulberry jewellery carries a one year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewellery, but will not cover normal wear and tear or improper use or storage of your product, and any work to your jewellery carried out by a third party.
